Jodi and Aaron - We first met Shauna by chance at one on her open houses, she made such a good impression on us that we wanted Shauna to find us our new home. We didn't know the area at all, but Shauna was very informative of the areas of town and areas of interest for our young growing family. Shauna is a very warm and comfortable person to be around. We viewed 5 homes in one day and she made the decision process a simple one, walked us through every step and we were comfortable with her speaking on our behalf.

Big Thank you to Shauna for putting in the hours and making sure clients and realtors saw the details. I wasn't a huge believer in realtors but Shauna put the time and effort in to change my mind. House sold not even on the market!!! If you're looking for someone to sell your house that believes in the future of real estate - through Social Media, Virtual Tours and detailed open houses - then Shauna is your realtor. Looking through MLS I was embarrassed at some of the representation of houses, as should those home owners. You pay a large commission for the work these people do and I can honestly say I was happy to pay it!
